Fill out the brief, book a free 30-min discovery call. We'll talk about your business, your goals, and whether we're a fit.

You'll get a custom proposal within 48 hours. Sign + 50% deposit secures your slot in the queue.
~ 1 WEEK

Brand questionnaire, competitor audit, audience mapping. I'll send a strategy doc + visual direction before we touch any pixels.

Two distinct creative directions. You pick one, we refine. Revisions are honest, collaborative, and capped so we keep momentum.

Once the direction is locked, I build out the full system, collateral, guidelines, templates, all the bits.

Final files, brand guidelines, a launch toolkit, a celebratory voice note, and 3 months of follow-up support.
Questions, answered

Logo Identity is 1–1.5 weeks. Brand Foundation is 4 weeks. Premium is 6–7 weeks. Timelines start once your deposit clears and your strategy questionnaire is in.

Start with the Full Logo Suite ($1,600). It's the most stripped-back option, logo + colour + master files. You can always upgrade later.

Hasn't happened yet, but if it ever did, we'd talk it out, revisit the strategy doc, and adjust. The strategy phase exists exactly to prevent that.

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable for up to 6 months. Full cancellation policy is in the contract.

Yes — Brand Foundation and Premium can be split into 2 or 3 instalments. We'll work it out in the proposal stage so it fits your cash flow.

Yep — about half my clients are outside NZ. All my packages are NZD but you'll see the equivalent in your currency at checkout. Calls happen on Zoom, files via Drive.

Yes — usually as an add-on to Brand Foundation or Premium, or as a standalone Squarespace/Showit build. Ask in your enquiry and I'll quote you.

Print costs, paid font licenses (you'll own the design, I'll point you to the right license), and ongoing social media management. Everything else is in the proposal.
